Life has a lot of blissful moments. It’s up to us how to feel happiness. Sometimes we are overburdened with responsibilities and we get stress.

Attitude

We should deal with the situation with not reactive attitude but with responsive attitude. When we think, we should not be reactive and instead be responsive.

It will lower down your stress and enhance your confidence.

Forget about The Past – Live in Present

If you keep remembering your past, it will only drain your energy and time. Past is past. Let go of the past. Carrying it with you will only drain you.

Don’t feel Guilty

Mistakes are normal as you are. Do not feel guilty. It only brings anger in you and creates a platform to be nasty. Mistakes happen when you’re not in the right state of consciousness. Resolve not to repeat it and do good work instead.

Happiness & Love

Happiness and love are our true nature. With happiness and love, we can connect with the outer world and inner world. And the happiness that you feel is actually connected to the people around you. Try to be happy and try to make others happy. By giving love to others, you can make the healthy environment and you can actually feel happiness around you.

Acceptance

Accept there are pleasant and unpleasant moments. You need to remember this to maintain the equanimity of your mind. Learn to accept diversity. Honor it. It should not be tolerated, but instead, be celebrated. You have to see the world as one family.

Friendship

Don’t be too serious about life. Life is full of love. We can enjoy our life with friends. Make one new friend a day.  Smile more.

No proof for love

Do not ask for proof of love. It is a burden to have to prove love.

Don’t give up

Everything is possible. Hard work can change any destiny. With rigorous hard work, we can achieve anything. Don’t give up. Try it again and again. One day you will find a way.

Misjudgment & Pre-judgement

We all are suffering from these two words – Misjudgement & Pre-judgement. With small things, we judge an entire person. With the small situation, we judge a person’s whole life. This is known as pre-judgement. Lots of problems are arising because of misjudgment & Pre-judgement. We try to think others as normal as we are. Try to understand their point of view also. Don’t impose your way of thinking on them.

Imperfection

Make room for imperfection. Think of it as the area in your house where you keep your garbage. You need that area to keep your entire house nice and clean, right?
